| Pursuant to Regulation 10 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and circular no. 20220801-24 dated 01st August, 2022 issued by the BSE Limited ('BSE') for use of digital signature certificate in respect of announcements submitted by the listed companies. The circular was effective from 01st September, 2022. In view of the above, we would like to bring to your kind attention that the Company had submitted announcement on 02nd September, 2022, pertaining to Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 under the physical signature of the Chairman. In view of the guidance note issued by BSE, we are hereby re-submitting the aforesaid announcement under the digital signature certificate of the Chairman.
