Company is pleased to inform that the Office of the Central Processing Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name dated 28 October, 2024 has approved change of name of the Company from Jet Infraventure Limited to Jet Solar Limited with effect from 28 October, 2024.
