| JHS SVENDGAARD LABORATORIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/02/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of JHS Svendgaard Laboratories Limited (the Company) is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 09th February, 2021, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter & nine months ended December 31, 2020. <BR> In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Practices & Procedures for fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015 the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for all Insiders, which is closed from 1st January, 20201, will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of outcome of the Board Meeting (both days inclusive). | |
