In compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we hereby inform that the Trading Window (for sale, purchase and dealing in Company''s Equity Shares) will remain closed Friday, 1st January , 2021 for all designated persons as defined under the Company''''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchanges of the Unaudited Financial Results of the 3rd Quarter of FY 20-21 ended on 31st December, 2020 by the Board of Directors in upcoming Board Meeting.<BR> We shall communicate the date of Board Meeting in due course.<BR> We request you to take note of the same.<BR>
