JINDAL SAW LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/02/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve reappointment of Ms. Sminu Jindal, as Managing Director of the Company.<BR> In this connection the Trading Window shall be closed and the copy of the notice issued for closure of Trading Window is attached for your information. The Trading Window shall remain closed up to 48 hours from the disclosure made by the Company after the above Board Meeting.
