This is with reference to our earlier disclosure dated 25th March, 2020.<BR> <BR> In this regard, we wish to inform that the Company in compliance with the necessary instructions/guidelines issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs ('MHA') / other concerned authorities, has now resumed its operations at its Hisar Plant, in a phased manner, while ensuring health safety of all the stakeholders. The Company will gradually ramp up its operations at its Hisar Plant depending upon the market conditions. The Company, as a responsible corporate citizen, is following all the measures to ensure the health and safety of all its stakeholders. <BR> <BR> You are requested to take the above information on record.<BR>
