| please find enclosed herewith a copy of the Notice of Postal Ballot dated 26th November 2021, seeking approval of the Members of the Company, through Postal Ballot (through remote e-voting) for appointment of Shri Raj Kumar Jain (DIN: 01741527) as an Independent Director of the Company.<BR> <BR> In accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs ("MCA Circulars"), the said Notice of Postal Ballot is being sent only through electronic mode to those Members whose names appear in the Register of Members/List of Beneficial Owners as received from NSDL and CDSL as on Tuesday, 23rd November 2021 (cut-off date) and who have registered their email addresses with RTA of the Company or DP(s). <BR> <BR> The remote e-voting period in respect of the resolution mentioned in the Postal Ballot Notice will commence on Tuesday, 30th November 2021 at 10:00 A.M. and end on<BR> Wednesday, 29th December 2021 at 5:00 P.
