| JMC PROJECTS (INDIA) LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/10/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve (a) the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021 and (b) the proposal for the raising of funds by way of issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis.<BR> <BR> Pursuant to the Company''s ''Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in Securities of the Company'', the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company was closed with effect from October 01, 2021 and will re-open Forty-Eight (48) hours after the declaration of said Financial Results.<BR> <BR> Further, we are pleased to inform you that the Company will hold an Investors'' / Analyst Conference Call on Monday, November 01, 2021 on Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021.<BR> <BR> You are requested to take note of the same please. <BR> | |
