This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. May 12, 2022 has inter alia: noted resignation tendered by Mr. Azad Shaw, Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company vide his letter dated May 12, 2022 to pursue an external professional opportunity. Accordingly, he will be relieved from the services of the Company with effect from May 30, 2022 after the close of business hours.
