JMC PROJECTS (INDIA) LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/11/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022. Pursuant to the Company''s ''Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in Securities of the Company'', the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company was closed with effect from October 01, 2022 and will re-open Forty-Eight (48) hours after the declaration of said Financial Results. Further, we are pleased to inform you that the Company will hold an Investors'' / Analyst Conference Call on Friday, November 11, 2022 on Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022.
