Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. November 04, 2022 has allotted 1000 Repo Rate, Unsecured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh Only) each, for an aggregate nominal value of Rs. 100,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Crore Only) divided in Series A Debentures (500 Nos.) and Series B Debentures (500 Nos.) issued on private placement basis. The said NCDs will be listed on Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Limited.
