| Members are hereby informed that Mrs. Saroj Devi Kothari, Independent Director of the Company, has resigned from the Directorship of the Company w.e.f. 20th November 2020 and in her place, Ms. Sunita Rani Parida has been appointed as an Independent Director, (Non-Executive) of the Company with effect from 20th November 2020 and will hold the office till conclusion of next Annual General Meeting or till the approval of Members by way of EOGM/Postal Ballot Rules, 2013, as the case may be. <BR> <BR> Please note that Ms. Sunita Rani Parida, who has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director by the Company, have not been debarred from holding the office of Directors by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.<BR> <BR> Brief Profile newly appointed Director as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 is enclosed herewith.<BR> | |
