In terms of the Company''s Code for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from January 1, 2022 till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the conclusion of the meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for the purpose of considering the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2021.
