Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 trading by all Insiders, Directors, Promoters and Designated Employees of the Company, the Trading Window Close Period has commenced from 01 October, 2022 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on 14 November, 2022.
