| JSW Holdings Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/05/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In furtherance to our letter dated March 27, 2023 regarding Trading Window Closure, we would like to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2023, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record, amongst other businesses, the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended 31.03.2023. Further, please note that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company that was closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the Code), w.e.f. April 1, 2023 will open after 48 hours from, the date of the Meeting, after the declaration of Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended 31.03.2023. | |
