This is to inform that, in terms of the Company's 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives' (the Code) read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives (as defined in the code) shall remain closed from 1st July, 2022 until expiry of 48 hours after the date of declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June, 2022, by the Board of Directors. The details of the date of the Board Meeting for declaration of aforesaid financial results will be intimated in due course. This is for your information and records.
