| Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 16th January, 2023, has, inter alia, approved the following; i. Un-audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine-months ended 31st December, 2022 together with the Limited Review Report thereon by the Auditors; ii. Un-audited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine-months ended 31st December, 2022 together with the Limited Review Report thereon by the Auditors; The financial results (standalone and consolidated) can also be accessed at the Company's website at https://www.aionjsw.in.
