| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, this is to inform that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 16th January, 2023, has inter alia taken on record/ approved the following changes in the Board of Directors of the Company: i.Resignation of Mr. Kaushik Subramaniam (DIN: 08190548) as the Director of the Company with effect from close of business hours of 16th January, 2023; ii.Appointment of Mr. Aditya Gupta (DIN: 02408452) as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from 17th January, 2023; Mr. Aditya Gupta is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order passed by SEBI or any other such authority. The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09th September, 2015 is also enclosed.
