| Pursuant to applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of JTEKT INDIA LIMITED in their 176th meeting held on 26th May, 2021 have <BR> - approved the re-appointment of Mr. Akihiko Kawano, as Dy. Managing Director of the Company for a further period of three years effective from 1st July, 2021; and<BR> - noted that Mr. Hirofumi Matsuoka, Director of the Company, has been assigned new responsibilities in JTEKT Corporation, Japan, accordingly, has rescinded the position of Director of the Company effective from conclusion of the Board Meeting held on 26th May, 2021.<BR> This is for your information and record. | |
