| Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday - 13th August, 2022 to Friday - 26th August, 2022 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of payment of dividend, if declared at the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on Friday, 26th August, 2022 at 10:00 AM. The dividend for the year ended 31st March, 2022, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, shall be dispatched, on and after 2nd September, 2022. Further, Friday, the 19th August, 2022 will be the Cut-off date for determining voting rights of members, entitled to participate in the voting process with respect to business to be transacted at the 38th Annual General Meeting of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on Friday, 26th Augusts, 2022 at 10:00 AM. | |
