This is to inform that pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the 'Designated Persons' from Saturday, March 25, 2023 till Forty-Eight (48) hours after announcement of the Financial Results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2023 to the Stock Exchanges. The date of Board Meeting for approval of aforesaid Financial Results shall be intimated in due course. The Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window. This is for your information and records.
