We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. May 17, 2023 inter alia, considered and approved the following: 1. Appointment of Mr. Amit Jain (DIN: 01770475) as an Additional Director designated as an Independent Director with effect from July 1, 2023. 2. Re-appointment of Mr. Vikram Singh Mehta (DIN: 00041197) as an Independent Director of the Company for a second term of 5 consecutive years with effect from February 1, 2024. 3. Re-appointment of Ms. Deepa Misra Harris (DIN: 00064912) as an Independent Director of the Company for a second term of 5 consecutive years with effect from June 21, 2024.
