Bhartia (DIN: 00010499), as Whole-Time Director designated as Executive Co-Chairman effective from June 1, 2023 for a period of 5 years, subject to the approval of shareholders. Accordingly, we request to read 'Whole-Time Director designated as Executive Vice-Chairman' as 'Whole-Time Director designated as Executive Co-Chairman'.
