| Jump Networks Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/07/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. Increase the Authorised Share Capital of the Company and consequent alteration of the Memorandum of Association of the company, subject to the approval of members; <BR> 2. Raising funds and augmenting Capital Resources by issue of Equity Shares, Convertible Securities or any other instrument(s), through, Preferential subject to approval(s) of regulatory authorities and members as may be required; <BR> 3. To change name of the Company;<BR> 4. The Board, if required, would also consider conducting an Extraordinary General Meeting/ Postal Ballot to seek shareholders' approval inter alia in respect of the aforesaid proposal(s), if the same are approved by the Board.<BR> 5. Any other business with the permission of chairman.<BR> | |
