Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on November 13, 2020 considered and approved the following changes in the Directors of the Company:<BR> <BR> 1. Resignation of Mrs. Neha Gupta (DIN: 07145514) from the Non-Executive Independent Directorship of the Company w.e.f. November 13, 2020. <BR> 2. Appointment of Mr. Milin Ramani (DIN: 07697636) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a term of 5 consecutive years w.e.f. November 13, 2020 till November 12, 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
