With reference to the captioned subject matter and pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e., on October 24, 2025, inter-alia considered and approved- 1.
