We hereby inform that, meeting of Board of Directors of the company was held today viz Saturday, 2nd September 2023 at registered office at 5:00 P.M. and concluded at 6:00 P.M. The Outcome of the Board Meeting interalia, is as under: 1) It was approved by directors that 34th Annual General Meeting of the company shall be held on 30th September 2023 and notice convening the same was also approved by Board. 2) That the Annual General Meeting of the company is fixed on September 30th 2023 Saturday at 10.00 A.M. at Registered office of the company. 3) Board further resolved that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Register of the Company will remain close from Monday, September 25, 2023 to Saturday, September 30, 2023 (both days inclusive)
