Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of lndia (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Ms. Arya Chachad, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company has decided to pursue a career outside the Company and she has been relieved with effect from the close of business hours on November 02, 2021. <BR> <BR> During the interim period, Mr. Suresh Nambiar, Manager - Finance & Secretarial is appointed as an Interim Compliance Officer of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 with immediate effect, till such time the Board appoints Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.<BR>
