Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and 'Insider Trading - Code of Conduct' of the Company, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from Friday, the 1st October, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results of the company for the 2nd quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021. Accordingly, all the designated employees, key management personnel, directors and other connected persons of our company are advised not to enter into any transactions involving the shares of the company during the above said trading window closure period.<BR> <BR> The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of un-audited financial results for the 2nd quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021 will be intimated later.<BR> <BR> <BR>
