Kaiser Corporation Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/06/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve The Company has decided that the Trading Window shall remain closed from 22nd June, 2020 to 1st July, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Audited Financial Results of the Company by the Board of Directors in their Meeting.
