As per the provisions of the Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders and also in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in Company's securities, for all designated persons and their immediate relatives shall be closed from 1st April, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter ended on 31st March, 2023. The date of Board Meeting for the consideration of audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter ended on 31st March, 2023 will be intimated in due course of time.
