Dear Sir/Madam,<BR> With reference to the captioned subject and in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that Mr. Ashish Kapil (Membership No. A-31782) has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. April 4, 2021 due to his personal reasons. His last working day in the Company was April 3, 2021.<BR> <BR> The Company has accepted his resignation and relieved him from responsibilities w.e.f. April 4, 2021. His successor shall be appointed shortly and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges.<BR> <BR> We request you to please take the same on record.
