Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons ("Code"), this is to inform that the ''Trading Window'' for dealing in the Shares of the Company by the "Designated Persons' shall remain closed from 1st October, 2021 till two days after the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the 2nd quarter and half year ending on 30th September, 2021. During the aforesaid period when the Trading Window will remain closed, no trading in the Shares of the Company shall be made by the Designated Persons within the meaning of the Code.<BR> The date of the Board Meeting to approve the financial results of the Company for the 2nd quarter and half year ending on 30th September, 2021 will be intimated in due course.<BR>
