KANORIA CHEMICALS & INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/08/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been convened on Monday, the 5th August, 2024, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2024. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons ('Code') the trading window has already been closed from 1st July 2024 and shall re-open on 8th August, 2024.
