With reference to the earlier letter dated September 30, 2020 regarding the Board of Directors of the Company would consider the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2020 (?Unaudited Financial Results?) at their meeting to be held on November 03, 2020, Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd has now informed BSE that at this meeting, a proposal for declaring interim dividend to the equity shareholders will also be considered. <BR><BR><BR>Intimation on the closure of Trading Window for the Board meeting on November 03, 2020 where Unaudited Financial Results would be considered had already been given. The same shall apply in regard to this intimation as well.
