| The Notice of the 101st Annual General Meeting (from Pages 92 to 102 of the Annual Report) of Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited is enclosed herewith. (1) Annual Report, which contains the Notice of AGM and (2) Notice of AGM are being filed separately for Stock Exchange disclosure purposes.<BR> <BR> The AGM will be held on Friday, June 25, 2021 at 11.00 a.m. (IST), through Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means. AGM will be held without the physical presence of the Shareholders at a common venue.
