Intimation of 101st AGM of the Company and confirmation of dispatch of the Annual Report for the FY 2020-21 along with Notice of AGM only by electronic mode to those Shareholders whose email addresses are registered with the Company/ Depository Participants, in accordance with the MCA and SEBI circulars; <BR> 2. Particulars of facility of e-voting provided to Shareholders, to enable them to cast their votes on the resolutions proposed to be passed at the AGM by electronic means, using remote e-voting system as well as e-voting during the proceeding of the AGM and<BR> 3.
