| This is further to our letter dated 23rd September 2022 and 24th September 2022 regarding the Postal Ballot Notice dated 14th September 2022 seeking approval of members of the Company in respect of the items set out in the Notice through remote e-voting system. The remote e-voting for casting the vote had commenced on 26th September 2022 (9:00 am) and ended on 25th October 2022. (5:00pm). Details of the results of remote e-voting by Postal Ballot and Scrutinizer's report dated 27th September 2022 are enclosed. Both the resolutions (special resolutions) i.e. (1) Appointment of Mr. Bhaskar Bhat as an Independent Director (holding Director Identification Number 00148778) to hold office for a term of 5 (five) years commencing from 10th August, 2022 and ending on 9th August, 2027 (both days inclusive) and (2) Approval of Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited - Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2022 were passed with requisite majority. | |
