| Pursuant to Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Regulation 30 and other relevant provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), 2015, the 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company will held on Thursday, 30th September, 2021 at 11:00 A.M at the registered office of the company situated at Survey No. 321, Kallakal Village, Medak District, Telangana - 502336. We further wish to inform you that the Company is providing e-voting facility to the shareholders to vote on the resolutions proposed to be passed at the 29th AGM.<BR> <BR> The e-voting will commence at 09.00 AM on 27th day of September, 2021 and ends at 05.00 PM on, 29th day of September, 2021. The Company has fixed 22nd day of September, 2021 as the cut-off date to reckon eligibility to vote on the e-voting platform. A copy of the notice calling 29th AGM along with the Annual report for the financial year 2020-21 which is sent to the shareholders is uploaded on the company's website. | |
