RECORD DATE & CUT OFF DATE :<BR> <BR> December 15, 2020 is declared as the record date for the purpose of Annual General Meeting. December 15, 2020 is also declared as the cut-off date for the purpose of reckoning the shareholders eligible to vote on the Resolutions proposed at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. <BR>
