The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 11th November, 2020 have unanimously resolved on the following agenda items :<BR> <BR> 1. Un-audited Financial Results for the Second Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020 (Standalone and Consolidated) along with Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon.<BR> <BR> 2. The Board of Director of the Company at their meeting held on 11th November, 2020 have also resolved to re-appoint Shri Ganesh N. Karnath as Managing Director of the Company effective from 1st December, 2020 for a further period of 1 year on terms and conditions laid out in the agreement between the company and Shri Karnath subject to the approval of the members of the company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. <BR>
