Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct framed in accordance with the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the Trading Window for transactions in shares of the Company, for specified persons under the Code, shall remain closed from 1st January, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2021. Accordingly, the Promoters /Directors / Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees and their relatives / Connected Persons of the Company have been intimated not to trade in the Company's shares during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
