The Company vide its letter dated February 28, 2020 had made an application for seeking In-principle approval for change in name of the Company from 'KAVITA FABRICS LIMITED' to 'NIBE LIMITED'. The BSE Limited vide letter dated March 06, 2020 had granted an In-principle approval for proposed name change of the Company from 'KAVITA FABRICS LIMITED' to 'NIBE LIMITED'.<BR> The Members of the company on March 13, 2020 had approved the Special Resolution for change in name of the Company from 'KAVITA FABRICS LIMITED' to 'NIBE LIMITED'. The same was intimated to BSE Limited on March 14, 2020.<BR> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) issued a fresh Certificate of incorporation pursuant to change in name of the Company on June 29, 2020. Copy of the fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the MCA is attached. <BR> Accordingly, the name of the Company changed to 'NIBE LIMITED'
