| Kaya Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 through audio-visual means, to inter-alia; i. consider and approve the Audited Consolidated and Standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2022; ii. take on record the Auditors' Report on Standalone and Consolidated Financials. iii. consider and approve various fund raising options for the Company, as may be permitted under applicable law, subject to regulatory/ statutory approvals as may be required. We further inform that the trading window for dealing in the Company's shares has been closed from April 1, 2022 till May 26, 2022. (both days inclusive). | |
