Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 this is to inform you that CS MOHIT DUBEY (ACS 67363) vide his letter dated August 01, 2024 has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company to pursue carrier opportunity outside the Company with effect from closing of business hours of September 01, 2024. The resignation letter was placed before the Board of Director in the Board Meeting held on August 01, 2024 for its consideration and formal acceptances in accordances with the aforementioned regulation.
