| Kaynes Technology India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 31/01/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022. Pursuant to the above, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for all Insiders, as defined under the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, has been closed from December 25, 2022 to February 02, 2023 (both days inclusive) in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The Company will organize a conference call for analysts and investors on Wednesday, February 01, 2023.
