1.Chowgule Group being the Promoters have agreed to restructure internally and to divide the control and shareholding to the respective group to whom the companies are allotted. KEL has been allotted to Chowgule Industries Group. However the shareholding will continue within the Promoter Group only as and when realignment of shareholding takes place. <BR> <BR> 2.As a consequence of the above, Mr. Ashok Vishwasrao Chowgule (DIN: 00018970) has stepped down from the position of the 'Chairman and Non-Executive Director', Mr. Umaji Vishwasrao Chowgule (DIN: 00018993) has stepped down from the position of the 'Non-Executive Director' and Mr. Arjun Ashok Chowgule (DIN: 00033528) has stepped down from the position of the 'Non-Executive Director' of the Company with effect from January 15th, 2021
