This is to inform that as per Code of Conduct of the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading in the shares of the Company read with the relevant provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall be closed from 01.10.2021 and shall continue to remain closed till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending 30.09.2021 for the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Senior Management Personnel and other designated persons or their Immediate Relatives. <BR> <BR> Please note that intimation regarding date of meeting of Board of Directors, which will be held to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending 30.09.2021, shall be given to the Exchange in due course. <BR>
