This is to inform that pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for 'Insiders/ Designated Persons' from 1st October, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & half year ending 30th September, 2021. <BR> <BR> The date of Board Meeting to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & half year ending 30th September, 2021 will be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course by sending notice of Board Meeting separately.<BR> <BR> Further, the insiders/ designated persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above-mentioned period of closure of trading window.<BR> <BR> The aforesaid information is also being uploaded on the website of the Company at www.kesarinfra.com.<BR>
