Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (SEBI - LODR) we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e. 10th November, 2020<BR> <BR> a) considered and approved the Statement of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020, as recommended by the Audit Committee. <BR> b) in continuation with our earlier intimations dated 18th February, 2020, 27th July, 2020 and 30th July, 2020 with respect to raising of funds, took on record the binding Term Sheet executed and signed by the Company with Prospective Investor.<BR>
